We collect the following personal data through the forms available on our website:

• Name — for identification and personalisation of communications
• Email address — for communications about the platform launch and responses to contact requests
• Company name — optional field, to contextualise interest in the platform
• User type — for segmentation of communications (WEEE Producer, Recycler, NGO, Other)
• Subject and message — when you submit the general contact form

We do not collect sensitive data, data relating to minors, or payment data through this website.

3. Purpose of Processing

The data collected is used for the following purposes:

• Managing the waitlist for access to the Simby platform when it launches
• Sending communications about platform development progress and launch date
• Responding to information requests and general contact
• Aggregated and anonymous analysis of the type of users interested in the platform (via Google Analytics)

4. Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on your explicit consent, given via the checkbox on the submission form. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Specifically:

• Waitlist data: until the platform launches or until you request deletion
• Contact data: deleted after responding to the request, unless follow-up is required

6. Data Sharing with Third Parties

Your data may be processed by the following sub-processors:

• Formspree (formspree.io) — form processing service. Data is transmitted via encrypted connection (HTTPS).
• Google Analytics 4 — website analytics service by Google LLC. Collects anonymous browsing data. See Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Cookies

This website uses technically necessary cookies and Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies. Analytics cookies collect anonymous information about how visitors use the website (pages visited, time spent, traffic sources).
